- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★May 26, 2020, by A Google UserAbsolutely perfect for an afternoon after work - I recommend Patty's classes - she really helps with your breathing, core, and is so specific about cues - I'm always super aware about what's going on with my body and my pose in specific ways that most yoga teachers either aren't aware of or don't have a habit of cuing. She has helped me SO much in just a very short amount of time. Definitely check this place out.
